On the road again – LEAB at GEGENFEUER ‘24
GEGENFEUER ‘24 is a roadshow organised by Matuczak from Preetz. The company specialises in firefighting equipment and preventive fire protection. Matuczak also has its own vehicle construction department, which is very happy to use our products. So there's no question that we took part in the ‘GEGENFEUER’ roadshow again this year.
‘We have been working with Matuczak for more than 10 years,’ says our Sales Manager Marius Urbanowicz. ‘So of course we're looking forward to spending four days in a row together and having good conversations.’
Trade fair on wheels
The roadshow is a kind of mobile mini trade fair, in which a convoy of vehicles from Matuczak and many partner companies travels to four cities over four days. There they present themselves and their products to local fire brigades and other interested visitors.
‘It's always exciting to see our products installed and in action’, says Marius Urbanowicz. ‘Whether crew transport vehicles, command vehicles or operational control vehicles - we were always able to discover our loading technology in the vehicles.
The Magirus company was also on site as an exhibitor and took the opportunity in Rendsburg to have one of its HLF20 vehicles converted from the PowAirBox to our successor model PowAirBox II.

Projects in sight
The time in Preetz, Elmenhorst, Rendsburg and Tornesch flew by. A special highlight - in addition to the vehicles - was a transparent demonstration board from Matuczak, which illustrated the interaction of our products. From the battery to the charger, the low-voltage protection and charging booster to the PowAirBox II.
‘Many thanks to Matuczak for the excellent cooperation. We look forward to further exciting joint trade fair appearances. Who knows what's to come’, says Marius Urbanowicz.
Blow after blow
For us, it's now straight on to FIREmobil, which takes place from September 19 to 21 in Welzow. At almost the same time ( September 17 to 22), there will be plenty of new things to discover about logistics, commercial vehicles and transport at the IAA Transportation in Hanover. We will also be there.
