Parent-child office inaugurated

Working with mum and dad: this is now possible at our Busdorf office. In addition to two desks, one of our offices has now been equipped with a play corner and a desk at child height. From now on, the room can be booked by all team members who find themselves without childcare at short notice. Young parents in particular know how quickly such a situation can arise. And with older children, this is often the case during the summer holidays.

Always in good hands

Maike from the order processing department and Timo, team leader of IT and logistics, know this situation only too well - and are therefore very happy that their 8-year-old son Tom was allowed to officially inaugurate the room. "It's great that LEAB makes this possible, otherwise we would really have problems during the school holidays," says Timo Schlicht. "And it's also ideal for parents with young children when the day care centre is closed," adds his wife Maike.

Family friendliness in focus

As a modern company, it is important to us to reconcile family and career. For us, this includes not only being able to work from home, but also the possibility of bringing your little ones with you. This is something we have created with our new parent-child office and look forward to many little guests joining us.
