Renewal of ISO certifications

For us, quality and sustainability are important values that always have the highest priority. Our ISO certifications prove that we consistently measure ourselves against high standards and comply with them.

Proven systems

The quality of our products and services is of great importance to us. That is why we always try to meet and even exceed legal standards. Since 2006, we have regularly undergone ISO certifications, which are recognised as an international standard and help us to create regulated processes with our management systems. The standards also oblige us to optimise our processes. For our employees, the transparent processes create certainty of action and increase understanding. In mid-August, we were audited for compliance with the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001 for our quality management system and DIN EN ISO 14001 for our environmental management system as part of the ISO certification process. The certification audit by the Deutsche Gesellschaft zur Zertifizierung von Managementsystemen (DQS GmbH) takes place every three years. Our audit was successful and showed that all requirements were met. Nicole Schmidt, quality management representative and internal auditor, says:

We don't just want to comply with ISO standards; we want to benefit from them, too.

Protecting the environment

Our environmental management system has been audited against ISO 14001. This standard has its focus on the continuous improvement process of an organisation's environmental goals. The company establishes an environmental policy and the environmental management system is intended to support the implementation of the goals set. We always pay attention to the environmental impact of our services and products. In our everyday work, this is evident, for example, in the consideration of transport routes and the minimal use of hazardous substances in production.

High level of quality

The ISO 9001 is based on various basic principles that are checked by means of certification. These include risk management, in which the risks and opportunities of the company are to be identified, determined and evaluated. The needs and expectations of interested parties, such as customers, suppliers and employees, are also important. Process management is supposed to be documented and the management system continuously improved. The context of the organisation, which describes the demands and circumstances that affect the quality management system, is also reviewed. The knowledge gained is incorporated into the continuous improvement of our products and services. Commenting on the successful certification, Nicole Schmidtsaid:

Each of us has an influence on the quality of our processes and products and thus also on customer satisfaction. At the end of the day, everyone is part of quality management.
