Statement on the Dodd-Frank Act

LEAB Automotive GmbH itself does not import any minerals directly and therefore not so-called "conflict minerals" such as tin, tungsten, tantalum and gold.

To the best of our current knowledge, our suppliers do not use any conflict minerals originating from the Democratic Republic of the Congo or its neighbouring countries.

LEAB Automotive GmbH is not subject to the SEC information obligation.
