How the ID.Buzz becomes a real power bank
Volkswagen AG has issued us with an official clearance certificate for our lithium-based all-in-one power supply.
The Caravan Salon is the world's leading trade fair for mobile travel and will be held this year from 30 August to 8 September in Düsseldorf. LEAB will also be there - as always with innovative and high-quality solutions for the power supply in motorhomes, caravans and leisure vehicles.
We are focussing on the Lithium Power Supply (LPS II) as a compact and powerful all-in-one solution for self-sufficient power supply in the vehicle. With just a few simple steps and a ready-to-plug-in cable set, installation is completed quickly.
The centrepiece is a modern lithium battery (LiFePo4), which can be charged via shore power, solar power, the alternator and, in electric vehicles, via the traction battery. We even received an official approval certificate for the ID.Buzz from VW.
The LPS II can be controlled either by remote control, our unity.app or via seamless integration into the vehicle's central display - for example Daimler's MBAC. The smart display solutions from Revotion in Hall 13, Stand F32, ESX in Hall 13, Stand F77 and inomatic in Hall 13, Stand A94 have also already integrated the LPS II.
If the integrated battery is not sufficient, the capacity can be flexibly expanded at any time: with the new 280 Ah 4th generation battery, for example, which now also has an intelligent control system for recharging.
Keep your eyes open: LEAB systems with the LPS II, auxiliary battery and unity.app can be found at numerous exhibitors, in compact vans, luxury motorhomes and off-road campers.
